Ts. Noor Nikman Salleh is a Professional Technologist in Building and Construction Technology (BC) and registered Professional Technologist by Malaysia Board of Technologist (MBOT). Ts. Nikman is registered as Engineering Technologist by Board of Engineers Malaysia. Ts. Nikman is one of the ASEAN Engineering Technologist (AET) from The ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organisation (AFEO). Ts. Nikman is the winner of Best Brand Laureate, SMEs BestBrands™ Award 2022.

Academic Achievement : Ts. Nikman received his formal education and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Management (Technology) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM, Skudai) specialize in Industrial Technology in 2011 and Master’s Degree in Corporate Master in Business Administration from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS, Kota Samarahan) specialize in Investment and Finance in 2017. Current, Ts. Nikman is in process of completing his second Master’s Degree in Construction Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM, Shah Alam) and his third Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS, Kota Samarahan).

TVET Achievement : Ts. Nikman, received his Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) competency certificates. Ts. Nikman has obtained a Certified Construction Project Manager (CCPM) Level 6 from CIDB Malaysia, Certified Construction Project Management (CCPM) Level 7 from OTHM Qualifications – European Qualifications Framework United Kingdom, Water Reticulation Pipe Installer Level 1 from ABM CIDB Malaysia, Working at Height (WAH) from National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and Licensed Mains layers (Water Reticulation) from Sarawak State Water Authority. Currently, application of the Certified Manager in Civil Structure Certificate from Malaysian Skills Certificate (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia – SKM) is still in process.

Engineering Technologist Societies & Institutions : Ts. Nikman is actively participating and engaged with various professional institutions and associations both Malaysia and International. Ts. Nikman is a Graduate Technologist of Malaysia Board of Technologist (MBOT), Member of the Technological Association of Malaysia (TAM), Member of The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) United Kingdom, Lifetime Member of Association of Professional Technicians and Technologists (APTT) Malaysia, Member of Malaysia Association of Engineers (MAE) Malaysia, Member of Malaysian Society of Engineering and Technology (MySET) Malaysia, Member of Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE) United Kingdom, Member of Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) United Kingdom, Member of Society of Operations Engineers (SOE) and Member of Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).

Professional Experiences: Currently, Ts. Nikman is the Founder and Director of Black Dot Management (99750), Black Dot Management Sdn. Bhd. and BDM Eureca Sdn. Bhd.. Ts. Nikman is holding corporate portfolio without share as Independent Executive Director for Carina Sdn. Bhd. and Singga Holdings Sdn. Bhd. The companies is actively participate in Engineering, Consulting, Investment Holdings and Facility Management.

Entrepreneurship & Strategy : Ts. Nikman is one of the youngest Technologist and Entrepreneur who actively participate in the government contracts and projects. As young Entrepreneur and Technologist, Ts. Nikman has successfully led the highly sophisticated engineering firm and the company is fully registered with CIDB G7 and Class A company in Sarawak. Under his leadership, Ts. Nikman has historically reached corporate milestone and the company has successfully become one of the Sarawak Native Company and Gazetted under Sarawak Law.

Technical Experiences : Ts. Nikman has involved in multiples and various projects in Civil Engineering, Buildings, Infrastructure and Facility Management. Ts. Nikman also involved in Project Management Consultant for 50KVA Diesel Power Generators PMCM projects under Kementerian Kerja Raya Malaysia and Cost Estimation for 132KV, 275KV and 500KV Transmission Line Projects under Joongsun ICT Co. Ltd (South Korea) and Shorefield Sdn. Bhd (Malaysia). Currently, Ts. Nikman is leading the execution of the SAWAS project under Jabatan Bekalan Air Luar Bandar (JBALB) Sarawak.
