BLACK DOT MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD. (BDM) is a dynamic and multi-disciplinary engineering firm that was established in April 2014 in Kuching, Sarawak by the renowned technologist Ts. Noor Nikman Salleh. The firm has rapidly grown to become one of the fastest-growing engineering firms in Sarawak, wholly owned by a Young Entrepreneur who graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and has obtained ASEAN Engineering Technologist from ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organizations (AFEO). In March 2022, BDM received recognition as one of the Native Companies in Sarawak, further enhancing its capabilities to engage in any Native Land dealings within Sarawak, specifically for development and ownership of the NCR land.

In line with its global aspirations, BDM has taken proactive steps to register with the United Nations (UN), and in 2023, the firm will be fully registered with CIDB International.
